The Sequence (again) ...Tap about 7 times on each
of the following energy points while repeating the Reminder Phrase at each point.

Eye Roll…
While taping (either hand) between baby finger and ring finger, look straight
ahead. Then drop eyes to floor without moving head. Count to eight and
move eyes up to ceiling without moving head. Close eyes, still looking
at ceiling behind closed eyelids and count from eight down to one and move
eyes behind closed eyelids. When at count of one and eyes are down, again,
stop taping, relax hands on lap, keep eyelids closed and just “float” with any
distress. Give this distress to God, ask Him to be there with you and notice
how He will take it for you.
Note: In
subsequent rounds The Setup affirmation and the Reminder Phrase are adjusted to
reflect that you are addressing the remaining problem.
